Solterra primarily focuses on the Light Electric Vehicle segment with solutions geared toward portable and onboard chargers for 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers. Solterra also has a product line for 4-wheelers: Onboard Chargers and communication modules. We also have products for Public DC rapid charging for communication modules.
Our products are typically in the low voltage ranges but we have a few high voltage solutions as well.Our services include design, concept development, enclosure designs, and license-based technology transfers.
Our flagship product: The LEV DC Fast Charger (IEC 61851-25) is a work in progress & we intend to launch the product in collaboration with BCA

Our Chargers support all chemistries and families out there. From Lead Acid to Lithium Ion. We do VRLA, Flooded, LTO, NMC, NCA, LFP and so on and so forth.
This totally depends on the power rating you require. Provided the battery pack can absorb the power provided by our chargers, you can go from under an hour to over 8 hours. We start from 300W to 12kW!
Yes, we have a plethora of customization options: housing, aesthetics, cables, RCD, firmware, colors, casing, handles, mounting plates, led indications, interlocks, and auxiliary supplies to name a few.
Yes, they can be! Our chargers are sealed against environmental elements: Dust, Water, vibration, electrical interferences, electrical surges, etc. Our chargers can be customized with a great number of options to suit portable and wall mount options.
The primary reason for the failure of power electronics when exposed to the elements is dust accumulation, PCB dendrite formation, Arc tracking, and high humidity. All Solterra chargers are IP67 sealed and have a great service operational life.
Overtemperature, Reverse polarity, short circuit, auto cutoff, overload, Undervoltage, overvoltage, surge, EMI EMC, vibration, shock to name a few. We can help with specific queries once you get in touch with us!
We do have a quotation list. However, you only get access to it once we release drawings to meet your requirements and have an estimated annual volume.
Yes we have onboard chargers for 4W, Communication controllers (CHAdeMO, ISO 15118, GB/T) and EVSE (electric vehicle supply equipment)
A small portion of power is lost during the conversion and control of AC (alternating current) to DC ( direct current). This excess power must be dissipated to keep the charger within touch-safe temperature levels. The chargers on our Fans work hard to remove this excess heat and also help increase the life of the device.
Our Charger's slew rates are fast enough to conform to the most demanding algorithms like pulse charging. At the same time, the voltage and current regulations are good enough to have a smooth start and end of charge.
We can do more than 25K Chargers a month and will scale and ramp up with your expectations.
At this point in time we start with 12V and go all the way upto 500V.
Our chargers are widely used in applications such as golf carts, RVs, electric motorcycles, marine, and other battery-powered scenarios. The applications are endless and span to robots and even drones.
We have about 10-15 connector options for both the AC and DC ends of the charger. We can also integrate our chargers with your proprietary connectors!

We typically provide 3 years of warranty for our product but subject to fair use and our contract with you. We can do AMC on a bespoke contract too.
