ROLE MISSION
As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our technical teams, R&D, production, and our valued clients.
PRIMARY MANDATES

Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) to resolve queries from new and existing customers regarding charger specifications, installation, and compatibility

Support the Senior Manager in managing technical sales for pivotal accounts, ensuring client expectations are met.

Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients by providing technical clarifications and feasibility checks.

Create, update, and manage technical documents, including user manuals, datasheets, and compliance certificates after approvals from manager as required by clients.

Ensure all technical communication sent to clients is accurate and professionally formatted.

Participate in regular sync-ups with the production team to align assembly schedules with customer orders.

Monitor the dispatch pipeline to ensure that the correct technical configurations are shipped on time.

Work closely with the service team to track field issues for assigned clients.

Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their service requests or technical troubleshooting.

Maintain a comprehensive list of pending tasks and project statuses to be reviewed by the Senior Manager.

Help streamline the internal workflow between R&D, Sales, and Production.
PREREQUISITES
Strong understanding of EV charging standards (AC/DC charging, L2/L3/L5 categories).
Familiarity with charging systems and battery chemistries is a major plus.
Ability to interpret circuit diagrams, datasheets, and technical specifications.
2-3 years in the EV industry, Power Electronics, or Industrial Electronics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Client-facing confidence and a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills in English
