This Limited Warranty Policy (“Policy”) sets out the warranty provided by Solterra Technologies Private Limited (“Solterra”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for eligible Solterra chargers (“Product”) purchased from Solterra or its authorised channels.

1. Definitions

  • “Customer / You” means the original end-user purchaser of the Product (single user).
  • “Invoice” means the original purchase invoice/ tax invoice for the Product.
  • “Warranty Period” has the meaning given in Clause 3.
  • “Warranty Claim” means a request made by you for warranty support under this Policy.
  • “Warehouse Receipt” means the date on which the faulty Product is physically received at Solterra’s designated warehouse/service facility.

2. Scope and Applicability

2.1 This Policy applies only to Solterra chargers covered under the user manual warranty terms and sold for use by a single user.
2.2 This Policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2.3 This Policy applies only when the Product:

  • is used in accordance with the applicable user manual and safety instructions; and
  • retains its original identification labels/barcodes/seals in an untampered condition (see exclusions).

3. Warranty Period

3.1 The Product is warranted for three (3) years from the date of Invoice OR 50,000 km, whichever occurs earlier (“Warranty Period”).
3.2 Warranty support is not available for faults/issues reported outside the Warranty Period.

3.3 Where Solterra sells the Product and/or related services to a customer/OEM pursuant to a written commercial arrangement (including a supply agreement, OEM agreement, master services agreement, purchase contract, statement of work, or any similar document), the exact warranty period and warranty terms must be mutually agreed and signed-off in writing between Solterra and such customer/OEM (the “Signed Warranty Terms”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Signed Warranty Terms and this Policy, the Signed Warranty Terms shall prevail and supersede this Policy to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
