Additional Details
The ST400-20000 is a 20 kW high-frequency switch-mode rectifier module (AC/DC) with an adjustable 200–400 Vdc output at up to 60 A. It uses DSP digital control, resonant soft-switching and active PFC for high power density, high power factor, low harmonics and high efficiency, with CAN-supervised multi-module parallel operation. Part of the 20 kW high-voltage rectifier series (ST240-20000 / ST400-20000 / ST750-20000).
Applications: EV DC fast charging, charging cabinets, and industrial/telecom DC power systems.
